Our smoked tempeh 'bean brisket' is unbelievably tasty! We start with our plain non-soy tempeh, steam it, then rub it with organic olive oil, organic black pepper and onion power and Himalayan pink salt then we slow smoke it over hardwood chips in-house! We make a special ATX Food Co. blend for our friends at ATX Food co, and we sell one pound brisket slabs with their spice blend as an option below too! Their blend is a special mix of all organic spices that we refer to as our red rub and is a little more spicy than our normal spice rub.  Come try a brisket sandwich at our farmers market booth every Sunday 10-2 at Texas Farmers Market Mueller or find it in stores at both Wheatsville Co-op locations and at Central Market!
